Gwendelyn Brice is a young woman living a double life as a co-owner of a shipping company and a new debut on the London scene. When she hesitantly returns home after war erupts in America she comes face to face with an old acquaintance and makes a new one the same night. After she finds out the British Army is shutting down her company on the Baltimore port she begs her father to send her back. Only her father has other plans. Quickly Gwen’s world turns upside down when she and her cousin are kidnapped and thrown in the middle of the war proving that business and pleasure do mix. As the War of 1812 pushes forward Gwen and Samantha are forced in the middle of the fighting. The girls’ loyalty is soon tested. This tale of Regency is very much a story of growing up, family and most importantly of true love.
I'm visiting this again and was sad to see how many people had visited Regency...more so than I was updated. Unfortunately the comic was taking longer than I could handle due to the fact that I'm a perfectionist. Regency was my first trial at publishing a comic and I feel like for what it was...it was a success.
I just wanted to thank all of you for still reading it and being concern for what happen to Gwen and Sam.
As my mind wanders constantly more stories are formulating and I just want to be better prepared for the final results. I'll let you know if I tackle something else.
